The American College of Toxicology’s (ACT) vision is to drive strategic growth and visibility through an engaged, diversified membership.


To educate, lead, and serve professionals in toxicology and related disciplines by promoting the exchange of information and perspectives on applied toxicology and safety assessment.

ACT is a professional organization with a collegial atmosphere. ACT provides educational opportunities through meetings, courses, and webinars and publishes the International Journal of Toxicology. Their audience is primarily toxicologists working within industry, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, government regulatory agencies, or as consultants.
