History

Association Innovation & Management, Inc. reflects an entrepreneurial spirit well grounded in the business of association management and marketing. AIM is an employee owned organization, founded in 1999, which currently provides full management services to seven clients: The Society of Toxicology, The Teratology Society, The Society of Toxicologic Pathology, The International Union of Toxicology, the Safety Pharmacology Society, and The Toxicology Forum Societies. Beginning in 1989 through the International Management Group (IMG) and later through the Association and Development Group (ADG), the staff has progressively expanded services to enable AIM to today offer a complete range of options to address every association management need. In the process, AIM has built a solid and diversified foundation to enhance future growth and permit more effective service to clients. We are proud of our long-term relationships with our clients and the strong stability of our staff and company.

Facilities

Association Innovation & Management, Inc. is situated just 20 miles outside of the District of Columbia, in Reston, Virginia. Reston, located in Fairfax County bands together residential communities, hotels, retail space, and a diverse range of businesses. Reston is conveniently stationed next to the Dulles Toll Road and is approximately 10 minutes from Washington Dulles International Airport. The building was established in 1988 and features a four-story glass rotunda with glass enclosed observation elevator overlooking the cityscape. AIM renovated the third floor office space in 2001 to facilitate their needs. The office opens to an inviting reception area and bares a conference room that is furnished with the latest teleconferencing equipment and a visual screening area. Fax, copying services, private offices, temp work stations, storage areas, and an accessible loading dock provides the headquarter staff with an ideal work habitat.
